Appleton Mortgages are new, startup financial company focusing on Mortgage and Protection Advice. They required a website matched their brand and elevated their business from the heavily competitive market that is financial services.
Due to the nature of the business, the list of services is vast and the needs for additional functionality is vital to ensure the website satisfies the clients needs whilst offering a great UI.
All of this was considered and the finished product is one we’re very proud of!
When you visit the site, the first thing you notice is the accordion featuring the most prominent services that Appleton Mortgages offer. From a user standpoint, this is important as they can navigate in one click of a button to the area of the site they are looking for.
It also helps to educate users and potential clients on exactly what it is this company does, and how they can help.
Most financial service websites offer some form of calculator as it helps engagement on the website and also offers users an interactive tool that can help them on their planning. Having a calculator is a must, but we took it one step further by adding a custom stamp duty calculator. Due to the new rules around stamp duty, effective October 2024, this is incredibly useful for those in the planning phase of their journey.
This tool, along with the other calculators featured on the website act as a great way of encouraging clients to speak to an adviser.
Ranking your website in the top end of SERPs is tricky in this industry, so anyway we can help, we will. We created a custom page template for the service areas that Appleton Mortgages serve. This gives the client total control of adding new locations, not having to worry about design or SEO structure as our custom template takes care of all of this.
